What they are

Access Passes are merchant offers that grant access under defined terms, such as an event ticket or a pass to a venue. They are separate from a MYGLOBAL.site membership.

What you can configure today

The Agora V2.5 catalog can save an offer’s terms, including pass type, price and currency, number of uses, validity, transfer or refund rules, eligible locations or services, check-in method and instructions, and blackout dates.

This defines the merchant’s offer. It does not issue passes to consumers, process redemption, or verify access at the venue. Those parts of the flow are not implemented or confirmed yet.

Coordinate a venue or event

If you want to offer tickets or access to a venue, first coordinate with the consultant in your networking group to explore venue participation and agree on the details. Confirm the event organizer, dates, capacity, price, access terms, and who will handle check-in before preparing the offer.

Pair a ticket with a collectible

One future possibility is to offer a ticket or pass together with a collectible item, such as a digital event keepsake. This could add value for attendees and give the organizer another way to share a commemorative item.

This combination is still in development; it cannot be configured or delivered as an integrated package through the current Access Pass flow. If you are interested, tell us in the chat so we can consider it when prioritizing the feature.

Next steps

For now, treat this section as early offer setup. Do not announce that ticket purchase, issuance, validation, or redemption is available in Agora until that flow is confirmed.
