Check-in
This guide is for MYGLOBAL.site Pro members and higher who manage Check-in for a profile they own. Check-in is part of Rewards and works without an Agora merchant catalog.
Open campaigns
Section titled “Open campaigns”In the MYGLOBAL.site panel, open Rewards → Rewards overview and find Check-in campaigns. You can also open Rewards from the panel navigation and select the campaigns section. Only the authenticated profile owner can manage its campaigns.
Create and start a campaign
Section titled “Create and start a campaign”- Select New campaign and enter a name. A description is optional.
- Set the reward amount in MGST. The starting value is 1 MGST; whole-number amounts from 1 to 100 are allowed.
- Choose who can participate: Pera members, Web3Auth consumers, or both. Each visitor signs in with their own account of an allowed type.
- Choose the visit limit per local day, local week, or once per campaign, and set the business timezone. The limit applies per identity and campaign; campaigns do not share a global limit.
- Add optional start and end dates. Set Usage of each QR to one visitor per QR or multiple visitors per QR for a class or group.
- Save the campaign, then select Start when it is ready.
Review the timezone, dates, and limits before starting: these cannot be changed after the campaign is published.
Edit a campaign
Section titled “Edit a campaign”Select Edit on a campaign card. While a campaign is active or paused, you can change its name, description, MGST amount, eligible identities, and QR usage. Dates, timezone, and the visit limit/window are locked after the campaign starts. Ended and archived campaigns cannot be edited.
Each configuration change invalidates QR codes and display links issued earlier. Save your changes, then create a new QR or display link to continue.
Display the QR
Section titled “Display the QR”For an active campaign, select Show QR to display a QR on your device. It rotates every 30 seconds and expires after 60 seconds. If someone takes too long to sign in, they need to scan the current QR shown on screen.
To show it on another device, open the Check-in button on the panel dashboard, select an active campaign, choose how long the link remains available (5 minutes to 24 hours; the starting value is 60 minutes), and whether it allows one or multiple completed check-ins. Copy or share the link yourself and open it on the other device. This link only displays the QR; it does not sign in as the owner or allow campaign management. The QR continues to rotate, and each visitor uses their own device and account.
Manage campaign status
Section titled “Manage campaign status”Use the actions on the campaign card for its current status:
- Draft: start or archive it.
- Active: pause or end it.
- Paused: resume, end, or archive it.
- Ended: archive it.
- Archived: it remains in history and cannot be reactivated.
Archiving preserves the history. A recorded visit and a paid reward are separate statuses; displaying or scanning a QR does not confirm payment.
Screenshots will be added after reviewing campaign management in an owner session and replacing any test data with safe examples.
