Subscriptions

This guide explains how to describe a recurring offer your business makes to its own customers. It is not a MYGLOBAL.site Pro membership or a member access plan.

Where to manage subscriptions

Open your merchant workspace in Agora and go to Catalog → Subscriptions. Merchant Admin V2.5 is the current version. If you reach an older screen, treat it as the legacy V1 interface and return to the current merchant workspace.

Subscriptions must be enabled for the merchant. If Agora cannot verify access or says Subscriptions is unavailable, you can review existing data but cannot save changes. Ask the merchant owner to check this capability; a Pro membership by itself does not guarantee it is enabled.

Organize offers

Groups organize related offers in the catalog; they do not enable permissions or create a membership.

1. Under Subscriptions, choose New group.
2. Enter a name. You can add a description, set its display order, and choose an image.
3. Save the group and select it to view its offers.

Create or edit an offer

1. Select the group and choose Add item.
2. Enter the name, summary, description, and price.
3. Under subscription details, configure:
   • Billing interval: monthly or yearly;
   • Currency and, if applicable, Trial days;
   • Benefits and Included uses per period;
   • Seat limit;
   • Renewal policy and Cancellation summary text.
4. Review the summary showing who offers the subscription, who receives it, what the offer describes, and its interval.
5. Choose a status and save. To change it later, choose Edit on its row.

Renewal and cancellation text describes the offer terms; it does not perform those actions.

Important: the offer does not manage a customer’s subscription

The Catalog lets you define and display the offer, but that definition does not mean a customer has enrolled or that recurring charges, automatic renewal, pause, cancellation, or benefit delivery are available. Do not promise those processes based only on the fields in this screen. Separately confirm which purchase and management flow is active for your merchant.

A subscription your business offers to its customers is also separate from the MYGLOBAL.site plan of the member who administers the merchant.

Describe clear terms

State the interval, price, benefits, limits, and renewal or cancellation terms clearly. Make sure they match the process your business actually offers.
