Products

This guide explains how to organize products and describe how they are fulfilled. It is for members with merchant administration access.

Open your merchant workspace in Agora and go to Catalog → Products. Merchant Admin V2.5 is the current version. If you reach an older screen, treat it as the legacy V1 interface and return to the current merchant workspace.

Products must be enabled for the merchant. If Agora cannot verify access or says Products is unavailable, you can review existing data but cannot save changes. Ask the merchant owner to check this capability; a Pro membership by itself does not guarantee it is enabled.

Groups help organize related products, such as “Accessories” or “Personal care.” They organize the catalog; they are not permissions or offer types.

  1. Under Products, choose New group.
  2. Enter a name. You can add a description, set the display order, and choose an image.
  3. Save the group, then select it to review its products.
  1. Select the group and choose Add item.
  2. Enter the name, short summary, description, and price.
  3. Add at least one valid product image. You can preview it before saving.
  4. Choose the inventory mode:
    • Unlimited stock if you will not track a quantity;
    • Track stock if you need to enter the available quantity;
    • Preorder if the product is offered before it is available.
  5. Choose how it is fulfilled:
    • Physical product;
    • Digital delivery, with a download link or license-key delivery;
    • External fulfillment, with the link specified for fulfillment.
  6. Add tags if they help describe the product, choose its status, and save.

To change a product, choose Edit on its row. If you track stock, enter the quantity before saving. The form requires at least one valid image to save a product.

Choose Preview customer catalog to check how the product, images, price, and status appear. Fulfillment settings describe the offer; they do not by themselves confirm that download, shipping, or an external fulfillment process is operational.
