Operations
Operations brings together the work you do with your services and collaborators. Account and connection setup lives in Connected; Home provides shortcuts to frequent tasks.
Operations areas
Section titled “Operations areas”Appointments
Section titled “Appointments”Review requests, the calendar, and availability for MYGLOBAL.site appointments. These appointments are separate from Agora bookings.
Manage linked collaborator profiles or start the flow to create and link a new profile. Review what the flow will do before confirming creation.
Workflows and cases
Section titled “Workflows and cases”Review work routing and notification setup, and manage support cases when the tool is enabled.
Infrastructure
Section titled “Infrastructure”Manage installations or nodes connected to your account, where applicable.
Controls may require linked services and specific permissions. Each workflow guide will explain its requirements and the changes it makes.
