What it is
Section titled “What it is”Real Estate is a separate Agora merchant module. It is not a Catalog product type. When the module is enabled for a business, authorized staff can open its Real Estate workspace from Agora administration.
What you can manage
Section titled “What you can manage”The current workspace brings together tools for:
- Properties: create and maintain property records.
- Media: organize images and other files used by the business.
- Listings: prepare and manage real estate offers linked to properties.
- Agency memberships: review agency relationships available in the workspace.
- Leads: record and follow up with interested contacts.
- Viewings: coordinate property viewings and configure availability.
- Clients: maintain client records and link them with leads.
Available data and actions depend on the business configuration and permissions.
Open the workspace
Section titled “Open the workspace”- Sign in and open the business administration in Agora.
- Select Open Real Estate in the V2.5 administration.
- Use the Real Estate workspace menu to choose a section.
If the option is missing or access sends you back to administration, ask the business administrator to confirm that Real Estate is enabled.
New workspace in development
Section titled “New workspace in development”A newer Real Estate workspace is under development and review. For now, this guide describes the workspace opened through Open Real Estate. The newer workspace has not replaced that entry point.
